Each party will protect confidential information and use it only for the engagement. You retain ownership of your source data. Upon full payment, you may use final client-specific deliverables internally; our pre-existing methods, templates, and general know-how remain ours.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to an engagement is limited to fees paid for the affected service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
